Following the recent departure of longstanding Managing Director Lee Pannett, we are excited to share not one but two updates to our leadership structure!
Deb Miall has been promoted from Operations Manager to Operations Director. In this new role, she will take over the day-to-day running of the company from Lee and will have overall responsibility for Scarecrow Group, reporting to our parent company Robin Radar.
Deb has been with Scarecrow Group since August 2023, when she wasted no time in helping Scarecrow achieve multiple ISO certifications in a frankly astonishing timeframe. With her extensive background in organisational development and process improvement, Deb has overseen significant improvements to the company’s everyday functions and we are excited to see her take that further in her expanded role.
Adrian Lewis joins us today in the new role of Commercial Director, taking over Lee’s leadership of sales and marketing. Adrian has been selected following a thorough and multi-stage candidate search, beating out some strong competition to be selected.
Adrian is a chartered engineer and a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. He has many years’ experience in leading commercial strategy and relationship-building across both B2B and B2C, in sectors such as Energy and Security Engineering.
We will all miss Lee, but every end is also a beginning and this is the start of a brand new era for Scarecrow Group. We are excited to see what we can achieve when Lee’s lasting legacy is combined with a new perspective and a bold vision for our future.
