After an impressive 24-year career at Scarecrow, including 14 years leading the company, Lee Pannett has decided to step down as Managing Director of Scarecrow Group effective 7th July.
After dedicating himself to Scarecrow 24/7, Lee feels it is the right moment to pursue new opportunities and focus more on his personal aspirations.
Lee’s belief in Scarecrow — in its products, and most importantly in the amazing team he helped build — has always been at the heart of his leadership.
This decision was not taken lightly, and we are grateful for Lee’s deep commitment, entrepreneurship and contributions over the years. Scarecrow today is a strong and stable business, and we are confident it will continue to thrive with the passion and dedication of the existing team.
Lee will continue to support Scarecrow in the background for a period of time to ensure a seamless transition for our clients.
