We manufacture long-lasting rugged products as we expect that they will face a battering from the weather or ..... a tractor! Our latest product Compact has sold well. Over 650 units are now in use, with many operational on farms. These robust units are rarely returned to us for service, so we were surprised to receive a 1313 Compact system which had been "run over" by a tractor! Imagine our surprise when we discovered that, despite the Compact casing taking a bruising, that the whole unit was still in full working order! Our Service Department are now refurbishing the unit and it will shortly be returned to the farm to continue active service.
